Two free tools for Flex Data Services are provided. You can use the Channel Designer and the Destination Designer without charge.

These tools are visual designers that allow you to easily understand and design channels, endpoints and destinations for BlazeDS. A version of these tools that supports the enhanced channels, endpoints and destinations provided by LiveCycle DS is provided at no additional charge when you purchase the book.

Each tool guides you through the design process by only displaying relevent information at all times. Options and configurable parameters for channels, endpoints and destinations are presented in context. Extensive technical information is provided in tooltips.
